Led by the talented Chef Jianan Liu of Janet’s @ Eatyard (winner of RTÉ’s Takeaway Titans 2022) and Eva Pau, TV chef and commercial director at Asia Market, these classes will immerse you in the rich traditions of dumpling making.

• Discover the symbolic significance of dumplings, shaped like ancient Chinese ingots to bring wealth and prosperity in the new year.
• Watch a live demonstration by Janet and Eva as they show you how to make two types of dumplings from scratch.
