Come and listen to a selection of heartwarming stories told by Professor Yanyi Blake, lecturer at ITT College and Vice President of the Irish Chinese Cultural Society. You are invited to learn about the different traditions surrounding the Chinese New Year and what they mean to the Chinese community.

What is a red packet? What is the significance of the lantern? What do the Chinese eat during Lunar New Year? This lecture provides a great opportunity to broaden your knowledge and deepen your cultural understanding of the traditions that surround the Chinese or Lunar New Year.
